How Does It Work?
My Approach
My name is Greta and I’m a low-carb keto nutritionist and a holistic health coach. I promote intermittent fasting and the nutrient-dense low-carbohydrate, high-fat ketogenic diet. This way of eating is proven to be the most effective for long-term weight loss and improving health.
When creating these meal plans, I combine the latest research, my cooking skills, creativity, and empathy, where I always think about providing the best value, the best results and the best overall experience for each of my clients.
The ketogenic diet was created by doctors and scientists around 100 years ago with the purpose to treat diseases. This diet has been shown to be safe and effective when used as a type 2 diabetes treatment. I’m excited to guide you through this life-changing journey that leads to diabetes remission.

Can I follow your program if I don't want to lose weight?
Yes, absolutely. One important thing to note about my meal plans is that they are quite flexible when it comes to portion sizes. You are asked to eat only if you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. You can always eat less or more than the meal plan states. For example, if you’re full after the meal, you can skip the dessert. Or if you’re hungry after the meal and the smoothie, you can snack some nuts or cheese.
Can I follow your program if I don't eat meat? (vegeterian, vegan, pescatarian)
I have two type 2 diabetes meal plan options, the regular one that contains meat, and the vegetarian one that includes meat-free recipes. I don’t have a pre-made meal plan for vegans or pescatarians at this time. However, you can join my personalised diabetes program where I can create a program that will better suit your needs and preferences.
Do you work with clients all over the world?
Yes, most of my clients are from the UK, but I do work with clients all over the World. I coach people online and also sell these premade meal plans that allow me to help more people at once.
