Yes, absolutely. My programs are fully customised. I will adjust the program depending on your goals.

Can I follow your program if I don't eat meat? (vegeterian / vegan / pescatarian)

Yes I will adjust the program and include meat-free recipes.

Can I join your program if I want to build muscle? Will I be able to preserve my muscle mass?

Yes, I will optimise your meal plans for buiding muscle. I will adjust your calories and macros that will enable you to gain muscle while on keto.

Do you work with clients all over the world?

Yes, as I work online, I can work with clients all over the world. Depending on your country and food availability I will adapt your meal plans to suit you best.

My Approach

My name is Greta and I’m a low-carb keto nutritionist and a holistic health coach. I promote natural whole foods and the low-carb ketogenic way of eating because it is proven to be the most effective diet for long-term weight loss and improving health.

The ketogenic diet was created by doctors and scientists around 100 years ago with the purpose to treat diseases. This diet has been shown to be safe and effective for reversing or greatly improving conditions including obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease, early stages of dementia, post ovarian cystic syndrome, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, mood disorders, and a lot more.

My Education:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health and Nutrition, Coventry University UK
  • Holistic Health Coach trained By Dr. E. Berg.

How is my Program Delivered?

Preparation Phase

First, I assess my client’s health and current eating habits through questionnaires. I use a detailed online health assessment questionnaire and a 1-day food diary.

Education

Then next, I provide the needed health/weight loss education part, through videos and PDFs. I also give tips to prepare for healthy clean eating.

Z

Meal Plans & Health Coaching

Lastly, I send my clients their personalised keto meal plan(s) (with pictures and recipes) and a health coaching plan to optimise their health and address any health issues identified using the health questionnaire. I cover all areas starting from stress management, physical activity, sleep improvement to food supplements.
