Blend almonds and walnuts. Add almond and walnut flour to a mixing bowl. Melt butter and add to the mixing bowl. The add the sweetener and mix well. Prepare a 6”cake tin with removable bottom, cover the removable bottom with parchment paper. Transfer the crust mixture to the tin. Using a spoon, spread to crust mixture equally to cover the bottom. Greece the sides with a small amount of butter. Then transfer to the freezer for around 20-30 minutes.

Preheat a saucepan or ninja foodi/instant pot on medium-low heat. Add the butter and the sweetener and mix well. Sauté for around 10 minutes mixing regularly. Then add the double cream and mix well. Sauté for another 10 minutes.

Then remove from heat and leave to cool down for around 5-10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Chop the pecans and leave 10 halves aside.

When the butter and cream pecan pie filling is cool enough, add the egg and mix well. Take the pie crust out of the freezer, add the pie filling on top. Then, spread the chopped pecans equally. Decorate with 10 pecan halves. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
