How is my Keto Health and Weight Loss Coaching Program Delivered?

Preparation Phase

My Online Health and Weight Loss Coaching Program starts with The Preparation & Education phase that lasts 1 week. First, I assess my client’s health and current eating habits through questionnaires. I use a detailed online health assessment questionnaire and a 1-day food diary.

This helps me to understand your current eating habits, lifestyle, and health problems, giving me all the needed information for creating a perfect plan & meal plans that will be easy to follow and sustainable.

Education

Then next, once I receive the requested online forms, I provide the needed health and sustainable weight loss education part (it has nothing to do with counting calories or starving).

The education part is delivered through the Online Portal where you’ll find educational content in a form of text and videos. I also give tips to prepare for healthy clean keto eating (essentials for starting the keto diet).

Meal Plans & Health Coaching

Then, I send my clients their personalised keto meal plan (with pictures and recipes) and a health coaching plan to optimise their health and address any health issues identified using the health questionnaire. I cover all areas starting from stress management, physical activity, sleep improvement to food supplements.

You receive a new meal plan each week and have a chance to give me feedback and ask questions. We then evaluate your health and weight loss changes and adjust anything if needed. 

My Approach

My name is Greta and I’m a low-carb keto nutritionist and a holistic health coach. I promote natural whole foods and the low-carb ketogenic way of eating because it is proven to be the most effective diet for long-term weight loss and improving health.

The ketogenic diet was created by doctors and scientists around 100 years ago with the purpose to treat diseases. This diet has been shown to be safe and effective for reversing or greatly improving conditions including obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease, early stages of dementia, post ovarian cystic syndrome, epilepsy, hypothyroidism, mood disorders, and a lot more.
